FULL SERVICE PLANNING + DESIGN
With over 20 years of experience, Events by Melissa McNeeley will help you create and design a unique wedding experience that is carefully curated to reflect your shared identity.
The process begins with you. We take time getting to know who you are and what you fancy. With this knowledge, we will help you navigate the planning process to create a wedding experience that is exactly what you envision.
We believe the success of an event lies in the organization and management of its details. We source vendors that will complement your aesthetic and achieve your goals and work with you to refine your vision, suggest ideas, and collaborate with you to ensure a cohesive look and feel throughout each element of the event. We also assist with all event details and logistics from the beginning of the process to the very last sip of champagne.
On your wedding day, you will have the freedom to be fully present and feel like a guest at your own wedding.
MONTH-OF COORDINATION
Six weeks prior to your wedding, we will join you to assist with the final phase of your planning, and to direct the day of. Our services include preparing a comprehensive timeline, managing communications with the venue and vendors, identifying and resolving issues as they arise, and generally facilitating the execution of your event. Your answer to every question will be us. We will take all of the loose ends and tie them into a bow for you.
PARTIAL PLANNING SERVICES
Whether you need a little help with everything or a lot of help with some things, we are here for you. Our partial planning services begin earlier than the month-of package, but include less hours than the full-service.
OTHER EVENTS
Our reputation for planning weddings has led clients to call on us for other events including: micro weddings (50 guests and under), birthday parties, corporate, non-profit, and industry events, as well as an array of private parties. You name it- we can plan it. In planning any of these events, we bring the same attention to detail and experience driven foresight as we do in our wedding service packages.
